How does the process work?
1. Am I the right sex coach for you?
✓ You are looking for a talk based support without physical contact or touch.
✓ You are either a vulva owner or a couple/polycule of any gender.
✓ If there was sexual trauma in your histroy, you have received or are receiving treatment by a therapist (not a coach!)
2. The Introduction Call
How to start the process? Schedule and prepay your 30 minutes initial introduction phone call. We will use this time to explore your hurdles and your goals and I will answer your questions and explain my approach for potential action steps. The call is also a great opportunity for both of us to evaluate our fit for a coaching relationship. I always try to enable an initial consultation within 2 to a maximum of 4 weeks. The cost of the introduction call is EUR 65. After the call you may decide whether you want to start your coaching journey with me.
3. The First Coaching Session
If we decide to start the coaching relationship after the introduction call, the first coaching appointment ideally takes place in person in Berlin’s Lietzenburgerstr. 107 - or online, if you are located elsewhere. We will explore your goal further, agree on how to measure your success, discuss potential hurdles and a concrete action plan together. You can decide on purchasing a coaching package (for a reduced per appointment price and the option for email messages in between appointments) or prepay each appointment individually. One session is 45 minutes and priced at 138 Euro within the Coaching Package or 218 Euro outside the Package. Based on experience, scheduling double sessions (2x45 Min) is recommended.
4. Follow-up Coaching Sessions
In each of the following coaching session we will measure your progress towards your goal objectively. Sexcoaching is its own form of promoting sexual wellness and includes personalised sexuality information and education, re-directive cognitive processes and mental reframing, emotional balancing, intuitive guidance, behavioural training, action plans and home assignments, and the provision of required resources or referrals. After each session, your will get an email with individual homework exercises, specifically written for you. One session is 45 minutes and priced at 138 Euro within the Coaching Package or 218 Euro outside the Package.
5. The Accountability Check-In
If you purchased a coaching package, we will schedule your free of charge accountability check-in call for 3 months after your last coaching session to keep you on track and make sure you stick with the newly established routines and practices. You will of course, always have the option to re-start the coaching relationship to work on a new goal or to adjust to a change in your life circumstances.
